The Glow 5 is a compact dual-wavelength curing lamp for gel, gel polish and any other light-cured product. Dual LED means it emits at both 365 nm and 405 nm, so it cures the formulations that single-wavelength lamps struggle with, the reason a gel occasionally stays tacky or lifts early.
The light is white rather than the violet cast of older UV tubes, which is easier on the eyes across a full day of appointments. A motion sensor starts the cure when you put the hand in, so you are not reaching for a button with wet product on the brush.
Low Heat Mode
The 99-second setting ramps power up in stages every 30 seconds instead of hitting full output immediately. That is what removes the burning sensation clients get when curing thick builder gel, useful if you work with hard gels or have clients with thin nail plates.
