Cancellation policy

This policy applies to products bought using a purchase option, such as a pre-order. We do not currently offer subscriptions.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. The expected dispatch date or time is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

• Consumers can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched and receive a full refund. After delivery, you keep your 14-day right to cancel as described in our Refund Policy.
• If we cannot dispatch a pre-order within 30 days of the estimated date, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.
• Business customers cannot cancel pre-orders unless the product is faulty — see our Business Terms & Conditions.

How to cancel
Email info@coheal.co.uk with your order number. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
