Double-ended angled file: one end straight, the other slightly rounded.
For smoothing the edge of the plate, including in the corners where a flat file cannot reach. The angle is what buys you that access; a straight file simply cannot present its face to that surface.
Also used when placing adhesive braces, where the edge has to be smooth and clean before anything will bond to it.

Care
Stainless steel, autoclavable. Dry it fully before it goes back in the pouch: moisture left in a joint or a knurl is what causes staining, not the sterilisation itself.
