Double-ended pusher with a flat blade at one end and a triangular eye at the other.
The flat blade lifts cuticle out of the side walls. The triangular eye is for lifting old acrylic away from the plate once it has been reduced, which is the job a flat pusher is bad at because it has no edge to get underneath.
Knurled handle, so it stays put in wet gloves.

Care
Stainless steel, so it takes autoclaving and chemical disinfection between clients. Dry it properly before it goes back in the pouch: moisture left in a hinge is what causes staining and eventually stiffness, not the sterilisation itself.
