Nippers with a narrow, pointed jaw made specifically for ingrowing nails. The tip reaches down the side of the plate into the sulcus, where a standard nipper simply will not fit.
This is a specialist instrument rather than a general one. If you treat ingrowing nails regularly it does a job nothing else in the tray does; if you do not, the standard nippers cover your work.

Care
Stainless steel, so it takes autoclaving and chemical disinfection between clients. Dry it properly before it goes back in the pouch: moisture left in a hinge is what causes staining and eventually stiffness, not the sterilisation itself.
