Filing gel and acrylic puts fine dust straight into the breathing zone of whoever leans over the hand, which across a working day means the technician far more than the client. The J007 sits under the working area and pulls that dust away before it reaches either of you.
A 4500 rpm fan is what lets it keep up with continuous filing rather than only catching what drifts past between clients. At 48 W and 19 x 19 cm it takes very little bench space for that output.
Cassette filter
The filter is a slide-out cassette rather than a bag, so changing it takes seconds and does not release the collected dust back into the room. Replacement cassettes are sold separately.
