The 6606 hangs on a pantograph arm instead of sitting on the desk, so the intake goes where the work is. For pedicure that is the difference between an extractor that catches dust and one that watches it: a desktop unit cannot reach a foot on a rest, but an arm brings the 12 cm fan right over it.
The arm holds position at full extension rather than drooping, which is the part cheaper arm-mounted units get wrong.
What the numbers mean
300 to 400 cubic metres of filtered air per hour is genuine room-scale extraction, not desk-scale. At 51 to 58 dB it is audible but well under the level where you raise your voice to talk over it across a treatment.
