The MX3 clamps to the worktop and puts an arched head over the treatment area. The arch is the working principle: light arrives from both sides of the curve at once, so your own hand does not cast a shadow onto the point you are working on. A single overhead bulb always will.
At 6000 K the light is cool and neutral, so nail colour reads true rather than shifting warm the way it does under a household bulb. That matters when a client is choosing a shade and when you photograph the result.
It suits any close work where a shadow costs accuracy: nail styling, lash extensions, brows, permanent makeup and tattoo.
