The brushless handpiece for the Exo Silent SX7. Brushless means there are no carbon brushes to wear down, so the head runs quieter, vibrates less and lasts longer under sustained load than a brushed equivalent.
Light and well balanced, which is what matters when you are working close to the cuticle for an hour at a time.
New type, pairs with cable 155490. Check which version your machine uses before ordering.
